Meet the Owner

Trinity HCS is headed by owner, Paul Lappin. He is a licensed, residential and commercial general contractor with over 25 years of experience in the construction and inspection industry. He is a seasoned leader and project manager with expertise in cost analysis, as well as the supervision and management of subcontractors through all phases of construction, from land acquisition and development to project completion.

Paul's extensive experience includes a familiarity with environmental, health, and safety standards and proficiency in construction methodology, estimating and material procurement, budgeting, scheduling, job site safety, and quality control. He is a great team player, with excellent communication and leadership abilities, along with superb verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Paul is a highly motivated and strongly ethical self-starter with outstanding time and expense management capabilities.

As an expert in estimating, Paul has been able to provide high-quality work and the best possible estimates to his clients over the years. In addition, he has a working knowledge of current North Carolina and South Carolina building codes and OSHA regulations, as well as business administration, real estate management, plan reading, estimating, plumbing, electrical, building, and other industry regulations.

Paul has solid computer skills and works with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. He is also proficient in BOSS and JD Edwards construction programs.
